    “We never stayed here. The facility had no air conditioning. When I tried to call to cancel back then I got the run around so we were charged and never stayed. Other people who were there at the same time got to cancel and switch hotels.”

    “I prepaid for a stay here to happen June 16-19. When we arrived we were informed the air conditioning was not working and the water was shut off. As I result, free cancellations were offered, which we accepted and booked at another Hilton property. Because we had prepaid, the front desk agent recommended we call Hilton customer service to get the ball rolling on the refund. After four calls over three months, our refund has still not been processed because the hotel management refuses to respond to Hilton customer service inquiries.”

    “Came into Minneapolis for a Vikings game. Parking was easy right attached to the hotel. Could not book parking through the app- had to get a ticket. 64 dollars for two nights. Not bad, parking seemed safe, no issues. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Good location for downtown. Caribou coffee was right around the corner in the same block. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was okay. Had to slam the bathroom to close it. It needs work. The hot water in the shower was extremely hard to dial in. Booked a King Suite- it did not come with bedding for the pull out- got a blanket from the front desk. No biggie. Toilet had very little pressure. Room lacked a full length mirror. Otherwise the room as adequate all things considered. Hotel wasn’t too noisy for a weekend. Pillows were nice, bed comfortable. Small nitpicks- outlets wouldn’t hold charging bricks well. The phone charger/USB combo didn’t work in the suite room. Would probably stay again. Highly recommend being a Hilton Honors member for the free cookies.”

    “When we got to our room it was not clean. Pee in toilet and the bathroom was mess. The manager gave us a new room. That bathroom has the bathroom fan on the bathroom counter. It was not vacuumed. It smelled musty.”
