    “Well-kept hotel with very helpful, friendly, professional staff - from housekeeping, valet, front desk, restaurant, bar, maintenance. With a downtown location, there are certain environmental challenges that must be addressed on occasion - staff did a great job with positive redirection and we all felt very safe and protected both inside and outside on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again if I have an opportunity to return to Minnepolis”

    “We were diverted to MSP due to thunder storm and Chicago airport closure! United sent link to our app and I get to pick this one out of three ! The room is Nice and spacious although the room decor is a bid dated but clean and well kept ! Great location, very green ! Beautiful city !”

    “I was staying there to attend the PEARC26 conference. Excellent location because I could take the Skyway all the way there instead of having to walk outside in the blazing heat. The hotel room was immaculate, although housekeeping came at 9 a.m., which I thought was quite odd. But I put out my do-not-disturb sign for the rest of my stay, removed it when I left the room, and never had another problem. The only real problem was that I had an executive suite with a large living area with 2 couches. I had intended to host a few group meetings there, but one of the couches was a sleeper sofa that had collapsed on one side, making it useless as a couch. Due to the schedule at the conference, I really didn't have time to deal with this with the front desk, so I just found alternative arrangements. But it was disappointing that no one recognized this issue before they assigned me the room.”
