Loved most

  • Spacious units
  • Excellent location — walking distance to restaurants/grocery, near lake/forest and golf
  • Friendly/helpful staff
  • Good amenities: pool, hot tub, tennis, gym
  • Family/kid friendly
  • Assigned parking

Worth knowing — Reported dirt/dust around beds/headboards · Noisy old in-unit washer and loud showers/faucets · Billing errors / erroneous charges on credit card · Older property with insulation/noise issues and misleading bed sizes · Charges/fees for some clubhouse activities · Tight parking for large vehicles

How guests scored the stay

  • Location10.0

Consistently cited as excellent — walking distance to restaurants and grocery, close to the lake/forest and golf course; location is a clear strength.

  • Overall Experience9.4

Most guests report a positive, family-friendly stay and recommend the property despite some cleanliness, maintenance, and billing issues.

  • Service9.3

Generally praised for friendly, helpful staff and availability, but marred by significant billing errors and slow resolution of charges for at least one guest.

  • Amenities8.8

Pools, hot tub, tennis and fitness facilities are well-liked and available; some clubhouse activities incur extra fees and an in-unit washer was reported noisy.

  • Room Quality8.0

Rooms are spacious and family-friendly, but some units show age: loud showers/faucets, poor insulation/noise, misrepresented bed sizes, and occasional appliance issues.

  • Value for Money8.0

Good overall value given space and facilities for families, but perceived value is reduced by extra activity fees and billing issues encountered by guests.

  • Cleanliness7.8

Mixed reports: several guests described units as clean and cozy, but there are specific complaints about dust/dirty areas around beds and headboards.

  • Food and Beverage7.5

No direct comments on food quality, but notable negative due to erroneous bar charges posted to a guest's account, impacting confidence in F&B billing.

“Good location - close to cafes and shops. Friendly staff. Nice kitchenette. Nice to have a fireplace and loved that they provided a log for each night.”

  • Great location, and clean. It’s a dated property but we were comfortable.

“We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious and comfortable, the location was great, and the property itself was huge with lots of activities and entertainment. Everything was well maintained, and the price was amazing for what you get. Would definitely stay here again!”
