“Roof top bar was nice, service was excellent. However, there was a lot of noise in the hall ways while trying to sleep. The only ice machine was on the first floor and was not working. No hot tub, definitely add a hot tub! We would stay here again though.”

“I was disappointed with my recent stay due to several misleading interactions with staff. First, I was told that Special Rates weren’t available on certain dates, only to find out later that this wasn’t true. I had also requested a specific room type and even called ahead to confirm the request. However, upon check-in, we were given a different room. When we returned to the front desk to address the issue, the clerk tried to discourage us from waiting by saying it would take three hours to get the room we originally requested. Surprisingly, after we settled in the lobby, the wait only ended up being 15 minutes.
Lastly, I asked if our stay could be applied to my rewards points. The front desk clerk claimed she had tried to contact me but then admitted there was no phone number on record.
While the hotel itself is nice, the lack of honesty and professionalism from the staff left a negative impression. The way guests are treated makes all the difference, and unfortunately, this experience was disheartening.”
