The Delamar Greenwich was an excellent choice for a quick getaway weekend for my wife and I. It was a much needed time away. The atmosphere was excellent, the staff was excellent, the location was excellent and the food was excellent. I highly recommend a stay there.

“This is a nice hotel but an older property that is due for a renovation. Decor is very dated. Staff is friendly and polite but staffing is thin for the price you pay. Having to exit the hotel to enter the restaurant is odd but not a deal breaker. The service at the restuarant was average and the food preparation was slow. Bring ear plugs....the walls between guest rooms are very thin.”

“The Hotel has lack of heat in the rooms as well the spa. The spa is disorganized and the sheets were soiled as well there were no face cradles, the massage therapist explained there none available so he used napkins. For what they charge at the hotel and spa, stay away.”
If you cannot get a Harborview room consider a alternative !!!!!

“If you cannot get a Harborview room consider another hotel. The "Town View " rooms do not face a town...Mine faced a parking garage. At $750.00 per night it was a very poor choice. A Harbor view room price was offered at only $50..00 more' but was not available. The web site said It was 350 square feet ....but because of the layout the room itself was 280 square feet. Most rooms in luxury hotels in the US are bigger. If you closed the curtains it felt like a closet. The Hyatt Regency Greenwich at about half the price waould have been a better choic e.
On the otherhand the breakfast at L'escale was a good addition and the staff was very understanding , solicitous ansd and gracious. In addition the champagne when you check in and the availability of free newpapaers in the morning are good amenities.”

“Room not accurate at check-in and they didn't seem to care. They fixed the error but in an ill tone. The a/c did not work. Our room was above valet parking and around 4:00am the delivery truck came to the restaurant. The only plus was the restaurant ambiance was wonderful, as was the food.”

“It was an unforgettable Birthday weekend. Delicious food, amazing accommodations and great staff. Large platters of cheese, fruit and wine on the weekends and newspapers gratis. The room overlooks the Long Island Sound and you can watch the boats and birds off your room terrace. Fantastic location to walk to Bruce Park and the Bruce Museum. Its our second weekend at The Delmar and we will definitely be coming back!!1”

“Fabulous! Went for the weekend, 2 nights. Beautiful hotel. Live music in the lobby. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate out 24 hours a day. Cheese and fruit platter in lobby. The restaurant is amazing! Food is absolutely wonderful, only to be exceeded by the service staff. I highly recommend the Delamar Greenwich Harbor.”
