“We liked the location. In the center of Lake Placid and everything we needed was within walking distance. The Haus had a nice porche overlooking Mirror Lake. The staff at Haus was responsive to our needs. The staff at Booking was trying to be helpful but were calling the wrong phone number and found their communications with the Haus lacking.”
A very nice place to stay in Lake Placid. You can easily walk to anyplace in town.

“The entire process was a breeze. The keypad entry was efficient and meant one less thing to deal with. The suite itself was large, clean and could have been described as an apartment rather than a hotel room. ”

“The property is located in an amazing location right on Main Street. It is very spacious with a great kitchen and two bedrooms. We found that several items in the apartment itself needed some love specifically around door handles and a couple of drawers. That could benefit from small repairs please be aware that in order to get to this second floor apartment you do need to climb through some steep stairs so if anyone has any accessibility challenges, this is not the place for you. This is advertised as part of the website but should be emphasized.
Overall good option for a large apartment with a full kitchen but keep in mind the issues ”
