    “Upon arriving we had a clogged sink. Advised front desk who said they would fix. No one cane to fix sink so to wash up and brush teeth i was forced to bail water out ofbthe sick using a paper cup”

    “Beautiful facility, excellent valet service, clean, beautiful views! After checkout and on our way home, my daughter realized she had forgotten a new shirt she had left on the back of one of the chairs in the room. After speaking with hotel staff and coordinating with a friend who lives in Cincinnati, we were able to get our item back! This made a tearful situation turn into a happy ending for us! It wasn’t just any shirt, it was a Shinedown shirt she had purchased at the concert we had attended. It’s only sold at the shows and you cannot order it online. We were so happy the staff went above and beyond to secure it and get it to our friend! There are still good people in this world!”

    “If going to a Reds game, this is the place to stay. The stadium is right across the street so once the valet parks your vehicle, no need to worry about driving, everything is within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat.”

    “Great location! Walking distance to both Reds and Bengals, Andrew Bailey and lots of bars/nightlife. On site valet parking at no extra charge. Room was nice size, clean and bed was comfy. Shower is double head, which was very nice. Highly recommend!”
