    “Stayed at this property Jun 9-14 ,2026 Room 102. Room was neat, staff interaction was pleasant and I had no major issues. Special mention to Sondra, Nakirah on the front desk and Melissa in the restaurant. I would stay here again.”

    “My room had dozens of bugs. The next morning I notified the front desk and was assured maintenance and housekeeping would address. Came back that afternoon, no one ever entered my room. The front desk than moved me. I was there 4 nights and housekeeping never cleaned my room. The hotel cuts cost at the expense of customer service. I won’t be back.”

    “There were so many disappointing factors throughout this trip. I'll start with the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of mildew. They ran a fan for three days due to the mildew smell. Never offered any explaination or apology. Then moving on to the room. The bathroom was filthy, shower was not cleaned and there was clumps of hair in the shower drain and the tile on the tile in the shower looked moldy. The rooms were never serviced our entire stay and when I asked for fresh towels it took over six hours to get them. The room was overall dusty and unkept it really put a damper on the vacation. I dreded going back. Last but not least the elevator inspection tag was 2 years outdated. It's supposed to be conducted annually. Last inspection was in January of 2024. The hotel overall would get a zero It's worn down and unsanitary”
