“Front desk staff Don is AMAZING!! Or I should say he was flexible working throughout the hotel, I went to introduce him to my husband and my husband said Don just finished helping him out so he already knew and met Don! Lol!! That’s a staff member who is present and isn’t afraid to go above and beyond in their role! I had an issue checking in and instead of turning me away due to rooms filling up fast, he was quick to assist me with alternative options to get me and my family checked in, while able to assist other travelers. Not frustrated nor did he complain, in between helping other travelers he made sure to see if I needed help before returning to help others. Letting me know he didn’t forget about me. That’s awesome service especially when arriving late at night when all you want to do is lay down and go to bed. Thank you Don!”
