    “I have been a Bluegreen Owner since 2013. My family and I have always visited Harbour Lights. It has been our favorite place to stay until 6/30/26. That was the day we came in to stay for the week of my birthday. I never mentioned someone by name but I have to this time. We didnt know what was wrong with the desk clerk Dorothy Castle but she seemed to have an issue with us. 1st, when she completed her transaction with the customer before us. She made us wait for 3 to five minutes while she drank water and looked into space. She asked me for my ID and credit card. And I placed it gently on the counter. She then told me to pick it up off the counter and hand it to her (in a nasty tone). We did not feel welcomed until she saw in the system that I was an owner. Harbour Lights is a great place to stay and sometimes you have to look past bad attitudes to enjoy it.”
