    “I love my connection with Ms. Linda. She took great care and went above to make sure my fear if heights would not ruin my vacation with Embassy. Ms. Linda took, sent me up to see how my view was on my floor before booking me. She paid attention to my fear of heights and made sure I was assigned to a lower level. She made sure my stay was home away from home. I just love her for that. We both are proud Mimi's, 😊 ❤️.”

    “We went for a four day vacation over a weekend in August. The room rates are pretty high. But then you also have to pay a 20 per day parking and 40 per day resort fee. Good things: THe on-site Black Drum Brewery was a great place for lunch and affordable, great food, service and view. We stayed in the Brighton Tower Room 907. The Brighton Tower rooms are basically privately owned condos that you rent through HIlton. Our room was awesome with a great view. This was a highlight! Also the tower has its own pool and hot tub, which were nice, but opened at 10 am and closed at 8 pm. Bad things: They don't answer the front desk phone. We tried to phone several times and were on hold endlessly with no answer. When i was at the front desk registering, i noted the phone ringing (double-ring) but the ring was set very softly, and the front desk attendants simply did not even answer it - even when not helping guests. SO DON"T CALL THE FRONT DESK - IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH!!! There is a $40 resort fee. They have a nice little children's water park (see pictures) and two small but nice water slides. They are vey nice, but there is such limited seating around the pools that it makes it difficult to use and enjoy. There are not enough umbrellas. Disappointing is that they have rentals of certain areas around the pools that could be changed into lounge chairs with umbrellas. It is frustrating paying a 40$ daily fee and not being able to sit around the pool most of the time. They did not have a lifeguard on the beach - again, given the resort fee, they should have a lifeguard. Another issue is the times the pool is open. The pools open at 10 am and close at 8 pm. 10 am is late for younger children and 8 pm is quite early for young adults. We were in a hot tub at 8 pm and had to get out because the pool closed. Disappointing. Also, all the pools were inconsistently closed intermittently during the day. THerefore, we really did not get much value out of the 40$ daily fee. It would be fun to stay there with family off peak-season i think, but their limited desire to create a high level pool experience would have me worried about that as well.”
