    “The bathroom had a contact lens stuck to the wall when we arrived. The couch had a gross brown stain on it. The bath water was yellow no matter how long you let it run. The mini fridge did not work. "City view" is just a view of apartments. When I booked my room, I paid extra for a city view and private pool (there were options for no private pool) but I wanted that experience and the private pool doesn't exist. The only pool is one that is technically open to the public because we found out later that people can buy day passes to the pool. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to too many people being there (pool is also very small). The price I paid for the stay was too high for what was offered. The only nice thing was the room was pretty and the ceiling was high. The noise from the hallway was terrible and woke me up at 5 am and continued for the rest of the day so I barely got to sleep after a night out with friends.”

    “Visited on a girls trip/get away and we had the best time! Pool area is super nice and the waitress took excellent care of us while we laid out. Building is beautiful with lots of history. Staff is top tier from the front desk, to the bar tenders and rooms attendants. The rooms are spacious. We had 4 to a room to save on costs and there was plenty of space.”
