    “The room was cold the heater did not work and the shower water only got lukewarm but not hot only the sink water was hot and we put the thermostat at 85 left for over 6 hours and came back to a freezing cold room.”

    “This is an amazing historic property in the heart of downtown Dallas! The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are fantastic. If you can get a room with windows facing north or south, you may be treated to some really impressive views of the city. Every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and quick with a smile, which made the experience even better. All in all, this is a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, and the value is hard to beat. Considering the quality of the accommodations, the historic character, and the downtown location, I honestly would have expected to pay more than twice what I paid per night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!”
