    “This was my first time at this hotel, I did valet service and I think the valet guys name was Arkeem, he was very pleasant, efficient and I actually felt like he cared about my car. I’ve been to several other hotels in the downtown Richmond area and this one had to be the nicest! Thanks for a great stay!”

    “we had a wonderful stay, but one of the highlights was the valet service. I especially want to recognize Jonas who went above and beyond during our visit he was always friendly, greeted us with a smile, and was incredibly quick to bring our car around. He also took the time to answerour questions and made us feel welcome every time we came and went. It’s employees like him who make a great hotel experience even better thank you Jonas for your outstanding service”
