The staff and the location were amazing. I loved the front desk receptionist; she was the absolute best. That was probably the only thing I liked about the facility. The check-in and check-out were smooth.

    “I don’t normally take the time to write reviews because life keeps me incredibly busy, but Mr. Daryl at Embassy Suites Richmond absolutely deserves to be recognized! His exceptional customer service during breakfast was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I encountered him, he had a way of making every guest feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. His kindness, attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality immediately made me feel as though I was back home in Louisiana surrounded by genuine Southern hospitality. I have stayed at some beautiful hotels and even some of the finest resorts, but I can honestly say that I have never experienced this level of authentic hospitality in the hotel industry. Mr. Daryl wasn't simply doing his job, he was creating an experience. He paid attention to each guest, anticipated needs, offered assistance with sincerity, and made breakfast feel like something much more than just another hotel amenity. Mr. Daryl is an absolute asset to Embassy Suites Richmond and deserves his flowers! Employees like him are the reason guests remember a property long after they check out. His presence brightened my morning, and his hospitality made my stay that much more memorable. To anyone considering staying at Embassy Suites Richmond: you won't go wrong!
