Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect for what we were doing, mainly visiting the arts complex (e.g. Chihuly, Space Needle etc.) as the hotel is near the Monorail station; Pike Place market and waterside (aquarium, locks cruise, walking along the water). It also has very good transport links including the subway and numerous buses. The hotel is also adjacent to and has direct access to the Lola restaurant with sumptuous food from breakfast to dinner. Our room was spacious modern and comfortable

    “The hotel is lovely, with a cozy lobby and an excellent location, close to Pike Place Market and within a pleasant walk of the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Our room had two beds and was genuinely one of the most spacious hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The bathroom was smaller, but perfectly adequate. We requested a kettle and slippers, which weren’t initially in the room, and both arrived very quickly. We also enjoyed breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, Lola. Overnight valet parking was convenient, and almost everyone we encountered was lovely and helpful.”

    “Customer service was lacking from night desk staff; I was alerted to a family emergency and had to check out one night early. As soon as I found out, I went to the front desk to discuss with them and ask if I could cancel my second night. The gentleman working the desk seemed confused by the request, and indicated that he could not do anything to help me but would notify the manager and morning staff to follow up with me. Meanwhile another gentlement sat on his phone during the entire interaction and did not engage or help. No one ever followed up to discuss my request or explain why I couldn't get a refund. Nor did the staff at the time express any concern or general humanity about my having a family emergency as one would expect from a hospitality oriented business.”

    “Ottima base per esplorare Seattle! La posizione è perfetta per utilizzare i mezzi pubblici per spostarsi in città così come per raggiungere a piedi Pike Place, il Waterfront, Belltown. Le camere sono fantastiche, comode e ben arredate. Ottimo anche il ristorante che si trova a pian terreno dell'hotel che può essere un ottimo posto per cena e colazione.”
