    “The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. particularly the guy that works out the front greeting guests, he always came and checked on me while I was waiting in the lobby which I found really nice, especially as a solo traveller. i really enjoyed the nights they held during the week, really made me feel welcome and were a good way to spend my nights.”

    “The people were the best bit of the trip, kids club excellent and speciality nights amazing! Minimal impact from the construction. Make sure to include breakfast in your booking as it's much better value that way. The only thing that would make it better are half and full board options.”

    “I travelled with three friends, and we enjoyed our stay from the very first second to the last minute before we left. Location was great, sea view from balcony was magnificent. We loved how warmly we were welcomed by Henry at the entrance. Jane was also very friendly and made our check-in, check-out, and room-change process very smooth and easy. All the staff made us feel like family with their warm smiles and friendly service. We were also pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. We tried different dishes each time from their wide range of menu options, and not a single one disappointed us! A special mention to Aurele (I hope I’ve spelled her name correctly) for organising the birthday cake and making our friend feel so special. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you, Janet, Rose and everyone at the team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We truly had a wonderful time and would love to come back again! ❤️”
