La Siesta Premium Hang Be Hotel & Spa is a little piece of French-style paradise in the Old Quarter. We can’t speak highly enough of the team - the service truly was exceptional. In particular, we are grateful to Linh Pham who made our 3 night stay absolutely memorable. She went above and beyond to take care of us, preempting every need before we asked, and surprising us with her thoughtfulness. She is the jewel in the crown of this stunning hotel. I must add the skybar, the restaurant Cloud Nine, and the Spa were all remarkable. The decor is spectacular, and all of the staff seem genuinely concerned to make sure guests love their home Hanoi as much as they do. An exceptional stay, and one we’re already keen to come back and do for longer. Just brilliant!
