The suite was perfect and had amazing views of the city from the large windows and balcony. Food and drink in the club lounge were excellent, as were the waiting staff. Good quality welcome fruit basket brought to the room. The location is more peaceful than at other hotels I have stayed at in the city, but I enjoyed this. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I am in Hanoi.
