“This unassuming little hotel right opposite Ben Thanh market is a hidden little gem. Like with all hotels, you will have negatives.
What makes this place exceptional is the STAFF. They are not seasoned professionals with years in hospitality, but teenagers. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and some take time out to talk to you. I was trying to find a fault with the staff or service but failed. I have stayed at 15 hotels in the past 4 years, (the likes of Hilton. Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott etc.. all with their grand entrances, but very little after that).
I can honestly say, I rank this hotel Number 1 above them all.

“The room was spacious and clean and matched photos on the website exactly.
As a vegetarian I have found the breakfast very good and filling (non-vegetarians shouldn't complain either with several meat-based dishes available).
The staff was fantastic and extremely attentive, communicating via WhatsApp regarding arrival, early check-in and late check-out.

Overall, superb hotel in great location for exploring the city.
I'll definitely be staying there next time I visit HCMC.”
