    “Nice hotel but there are 2 issues that puts me off, I know is about being eco friendly but removing toothbrushes ain’t really a smart move. Secondly, please install a bidet in the toilet since you want to be “eco friendly””

    “I have been to more than 70 countries. The staffs is among the best i have ever seen. I left my phone in the Taxi. Hotel staffs and management treated my crisis with a high degree of urgency and provided me with all the supports possible. Within 2 hours they were able to help me get my phone back.     “Pool closed for over a week, had we known this we would not have booked to stay here. The alternative provided was the pool at their residence tower which was much smaller and doubled as a daycare for loud toddlers. ”

The location was amazing, walking distance to most of the shopping malls. Would definitely stay here again next time I come back to HCM. ”
