Сотрудники на ресепшен остались отзывчивыми и приветливыми, и старались практически решить любой вопрос, порадовало что установили прибор с переводом по голосу, стало намного проще найти взаимопонимание. Понравилось что качество завтрака не упало за год, всего всегда было в достатке
