    “Please know that this hotel may double bill you also does not provide a working phone number. The main phone number listed is not answered professionally or by someone at the property. They then refuse to transfer you to the property. They will complete your pre-authorization and then not refund. My room and dining experiences were lovely. The overall customer service was stellar and yet here I am having to contact my credit card company because I was double charged and the hotel has no working phone number to reach the front desk or someone in billing or management. That is not the Intercontinental brand standard.”
