    “At the end of our safari trip, we visited Victoria Falls here. We must especially highlight the care shown by the staff, particularly Edson. Upon arrival, there was a minor issue with our room, which was resolved immediately to our complete satisfaction. But all the other staff members are also incredibly caring and attentive. The hotel has its own historic charm and is unlike any other place in the world. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, with a great breakfast and delicious food. Everything was perfect!”
