Sometimes when you travel internationally, to a remote location, you never know what you’re going to get; however we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff went above and beyond helping us with various questions. A big shout out to Roberto, who went with me to get a tire repaired!!
We were in need of catering and they came thru for us on that as well!
The rooms are very comfortable and the entire place is really beautiful and secure.
Location is about 10 min from the airport; however not within walking distance to much. That was fine by us, because it was an oasis at the end of the day!

“I stayed here when transferring to Calama airport. The on-site restaurant was closed then. However, the front desk was so nice to find a delivery which was amazingly delicious! The front desk even helped to get a cab and communicate with the cab driver to take me downtown to run some errands, which was extremely helpful for someone who did not speak Spanish.
The room was clean and comfortable. A true oasis!”

“The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend.
Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos.”

“This was a beautiful hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and good size with a nice sofa and lovely comfy bed. The staff were very helpful. Although the resuarant is pricey rooms service is good and cheaper.
The downside for the night (a Saturday) I stayed was the loud music that made it impossible to sleep until it finished at around 2am. ”
