    “A warm welcome from reception staff at this hotel on the perimeter of arty, cosmopolitan Lastarria. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Good room with decent sized double bed. Mini fridge. Breakfast was particularly good - buffet style - with quality ingredients - the friendly chef will cook omelette, eggs or crepe fresh to order. We didnt realise there was a rooftop area with a small pool when we booked but weather was a bit wet to spend time there.”

    “A delightful high quality breakfast. Not as extensive as some of the hotels but we thought that it was higher quality with less food waste. Ricardo went out of his way to help us during our stay demonstrating very good hospitality skills. As did Matthias and Jorge . The room was very comfortable and we slept very well. We enjoyed the provision of tea and coffee in the lobby and it has a superb roof top garden. I plan to return to stay there and woukd feel very safe there on my own.”

    “The location is perfect, within easy reach of Parque Florestal, Santa Lucía, the museums, and Paseo Barrio Lastarria. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight for me, however, was the staff. Everyone at both reception and in the kitchen was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They really made my stay even more enjoyable.”

    “El desayuno fue muy bueno; la atención del personal fue lo mejor. Todos son muy amables y diligentes. Mención especial a Diego por su atención en la recepción. Tuvimos una dificultad con el suministro de agua, ajena al funcionamiento habitual del hotel, pero su personal administrativo gestionó la situación de manera impecable y nos brindó una solución excelente. ¡Gracias!”

    “Perfect location: Santiago Centre , 5min walking to Cerro Santa Lucía (Barrio/Lastaria), 10min to Plaza de Armas, 20min to Parque Metropolitano (the Metropolitan Park), 20min drive from an airport. The hotel is facing Parque Forestal. Very safe neighborhood. We stayed in a standard room with a king bed. The room is a good size with a closet, coffeemaker, small refrigerator, and a microwave. Bottled water was provided. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The stuff is very attentive to clients. They offer tours, taxi if needed. There is coffee, tea in the lobby 24hs. Hotel management offered a relocation to a nearby hotel plus transportation during a minor water disruption.”
