“o quarto era muito grande mas sem intimidade.
Fomos jantar ao restaurante Zillin Mansion e foi uma experiência dantesca. Aceitaram a nossa reserva para as 20.30h. Escolhermos as entradas e o prato principal, que aliás não eram excepcionais para um restaurante com uma estrela Michelin. Assim que iniciamos o nosso prato principal o empregado veio dizer-nos que se quiséssemos sobremesa teríamos que escolher já porque a cozinha ia fechar em breve. Interrompemos o nosso jantar com o prato à nossa frente para solicitarmos a Ementa e escolhermos. Escolhemos duas sobremesas que eram geladas. Qual não é o nosso espanto passado cerva de uns minutos trouxeram as sobremesas para a mesa. Claro que quando as provamos já estavam incomestíveis. Quando pedimos para o restaurante processar a conta ao nosso quarto, o empregado perguntou-nos de sabíamos se tínhamos plafond para o pagamento. Dissemos que pagaríamos de imediato apresentando um cartão de crédito, a que fomos informados que não tinha plafond suficiente. Errado. Apresentamos outro que nos disseram que estava expirado, o que era errado e mostrei que a validade é de 2028. Depois lá veio outro funcionário e debitaram ao quarto que tinha mais que plafond autorizado. Uma experiência horrível de uma falta de profissionalismo gritante. A não repetir.”

Śniadania przepyszne, z imponującym wyborem, a do tego nawet szampan! 🥂 Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie-- profesjonalna, uprzejma i naprawdę dbająca o gości. Pani w recepcji przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Dwukrotny serwis w pokoju poranny i wieczorny. Wszystko dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Zdecydowanie jeden z tych hoteli, do których z przyjemnością się wraca!”

“We suppose to have 4 nights here but due to the amazing experience we extend our stay to 6 nights… The hotel is well decorated with the cultural design, the art gallery gives you a welcoming atmosphere, the room is very spacious and extremely clean, the beds are comfortable, it’s the typical Waldorf hotel standard; all the staff are very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality, especially Clair who is very helpful introducing us the landmarks, the food and histories of the city, asking what we need everyday with quick responses; the staff Caiyun and Mr Yang from the buffet breakfast also very patient, always smiling, keep checking if we have anything we need for food orders, attention to details, thank you for the great service and brings me and my family Beijing trip a good memory for my mum’s 80’s birthday, we will come back here if coming to Beijing 😊”

“We had a very positive stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing. There was initially some miscommunication regarding our room arrangement, but the staff responded immediately, resolved the issue efficiently, and offered thoughtful gestures that we greatly appreciated.
The support from the Concierge team was excellent throughout our stay, and we also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s Cantonese restaurant.
While not everything may be perfect at all times, what impressed us most was the staff’s genuine commitment to responding quickly and doing their best to resolve any issue. Their professionalism and attentive service made a real difference to our overall experience.
All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beijing.”
