The service was impeccable—professional, warm, and attentive. A special shout-out to Adam, who went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you for your outstanding help and for arranging such a wonderful room—it made my stay even more memorable!

“Our recent experience at the hotel has been less than satisfactory. Upon check-in, the front desk failed to provide a clear explanation of the room rate or present any necessary documentation for signature. Furthermore, we encountered unsolicited solicitations of a sexually explicit nature in the lobby. Upon entering the room, we discovered a malfunctioning toilet in the living area, and subsequent complaints to the staff resulted in the unavailability of the turn down service.”

“Experience was amazing. Went into this trip with fairly high expectations due to the brand name but came out of it having all expectations exceeded.
Reception staff were extremely efficient and friendly during check in. The room was massive and had a great view onto the boulevard in front of the hotel. The room was very well furnished and had intuitive smart controls which made it very easy to navigate and use during the stay.
The hotel is located very close to the metro station with easy access into the city and the airport.
