Das allerbeste war die Betreuung von Frau Lopez!! Sie war an der Rezeption als wir ankamen, so ging das einchecken problemlos! Sie gab mir Ihre Kontaktdaten, so konnten wir sie jederzeit alles Fragen! Das ist unglaublich wertvoll gewesen, denn es spricht fast niemand Englisch in Shenzhen. Wegen Frau Lopez würden wir wieder in das Hotel kommen! Danke
