Absolutely brilliant stay. We stayed for one night with our 10 month old baby and the staff and service was faultless. Everyone went above and beyond what was expected to accommodate us as a young family. We were offered to have our baby bottles sterilised and sent to the room, and a special breakfast was made for her. The staff were incredibly friendly, personable, and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and at home. Our room was fantastic - the design was thoughtful, it was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We chose to stay here over the other 5 star hotels despite it being significantly more expensive than them, and we are so glad we did, I would have paid more!

This was our second stay at your hotel, and once again, we left feeling deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality, warmth, and care we received from everyone. From the driver who welcomed us at the airport to the reception agent who recognized us and thoughtfully arranged for us to stay on the same floor as we did last April, we felt welcomed from the very beginning. We were especially delighted to reconnect with our dear friend, Rakesh Shetty, and relieved to learn that he was still part of the management team. He welcomed us with open arms and made our stay truly memorable. We are particularly grateful for his outstanding spirit of service, the meaningful conversations we shared, and the genuine passion and love he has for the Four Seasons brand. He embodies what makes this hotel so special. Our sincere thanks also go to the entire team, who worked so diligently to ensure that every detail was perfect. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Praise, Vishnu, and the young lady at the dessert station, as well as Deepak at the Indian food station. A special thank you to Shraddha from Reception, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Her thoughtful notes left in our room were such a lovely personal touch and made us feel genuinely cared for. Sneha from Food & Beverage was warm, attentive and always ready to assist, while Chef Deepak Kumar took great care in ensuring that our dining experience was exceptional. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail made every meal memorable. We would also like to thank Irfan, our driver, who safely and pleasantly took us to the airport.
