    “I would like to appreciate the service in the breakfast time specially Soumya/Chef Raju (Hd Chef)Prabaha/Chef Bipul/Inalika and Debjani. Whenever we ordered some special items(diabetic friendly) they tried to serve the items almost immediately in which we are very much overwhelmed. Hope in our next visit to Bangalore we shall keep the first preference in the JW Marriott UBCity.”

Raman made sure the tub was beautifully done up after a long day, his care and hospitality goes a long way and I really appreciate him. The staff at JW Marriott are top notch and eager to give the best experience. I would love to stay with you again and enjoy the amazing view of Cubbon Park and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the balcony with a cup of tea.”

They were very good at anticipating my needs and assisting with choices. Excellent wit also. Also, Binay was fantastic with keeping the room straight and well stocked with water. Thanks to all 🙏🏼”

    “Best staycation for business trip. Honestly staff is very well in customer services. Room is old but services are amazing. Special thanks Nitya and his Manager Gaurav. Both are very helpful professionals. Nitya made my entire stay so good by making small arts with flowers. Food at JW kitchen is also good so far. It seems menu is same everyday in breakfast , but it was nice. Gym is good to in this hotel. Well recommended hotel to everyone. Thanks”
