We wanted to create unforgettable memories together, and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa was part of this special journey. Great hospitality is not just about a beautiful resort, but about the people who make your stay truly memorable. A special appreciation to Manthan, who truly impressed us with his professionalism, dedication and solution-oriented mindset. He listens, takes responsibility and always thinks in solutions. Definitely a future manager! Drishta, an excellent Duty Manager who genuinely listens to guests, understands their concerns and makes them feel heard and valued. A true example of professional hospitality and leadership. Jean, the perfect host! Always welcoming, friendly and making guests feel genuinely special. His positive energy and warm personality make a real difference. Andrea, attentive, caring and always making sure everything is taken care of. It's the little details that make hospitality special. And Chef Ravi, whose passion, dedication and culinary skills made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Manthan, Drishta, Jean, Andrea and Chef Ravi – what a winning team!     “We had a fantastic stay, thanks to the wonderful team who made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout. A special mention to Drisha and her team , Viraj, and Josepha at the front desk for their warm welcome, friendly attitude, and excellent support. Drisha and Viraj, along with their team,Shreyas, Manthan Josepha made sure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. A big shout-out to Nitin from housekeeping, who kept our room exceptionally clean and was always kind, polite, and helpful. His positive attitude and dedication are impressive. He has a great future ahead of him, and I wish him all the very best! Special appreciation to prajwal and Dharmaraj and chef who organized Burger at exceptional hours!! at the restaurant for being so flexible and accommodating elderly parents and young children needs. We simply cannot praise the team enough for delivering the typical Taj hospitality that we have come to know and love.
