    “Absolutely everything! From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very special. All the staff were welcoming, very smart and friendly. The stand out for me was Rachel and Kim in guest services and the lady who was head of housekeeping (I didn’t catch her name). The hotel is beautifully finished, attention to detail is second to none. Choice of pillows in the rooms is a wonderful touch. The restaurant and high team are of excellent quality and the breakfast was the best we have had in the whole of our time in India. We also experienced the spa, a couples massage in the comfort of our room which was really special. If you are visiting the Candolim area, this hotel is the best in the business and I don’t say that easily”

    “Beautiful clean rooms.. very spacious and very well equipped! The staff are absolutely brilliant and very hospitable. Our special thanks to Paresh, Divesh and Nitesh (chef) in the restaurant. Kimberley, Rachel and Moumita in reception. Okim who ensured our beds were turned punctually. And of course Arun who monitored the pool area and ensured it was not misused and tended to us with great warmth! Overall all staff are very warm and ready to serve you with a smile! Definitely go back as it was a great experience! Keep it up xx”
