“Excellent Breakfast everyday. excellent service, Vanessa, the chef, was attentive, informative and always cheery. Great local dishes. Randy, Cheryl and Stacey (servers) were always welcoming, but also polite and discrete.
The location is breathtaking. but also intimate and relaxing. Plus charming.
All the staff: Pernaldo and Omar (dinner servers), Mellissa and Simone (Reception), Omar (the groundskeeper), Chevon (security), Tannecea (management) are top notch. They hit that balance between welcoming warmth and politness that is just what you need on vacation.
Mellissa was a huge help with a difficult billing issue, great communication.
Tannecea was great point of reference as a go-to person in management, sensitive but also organized.
The massages were very good. I worked ten years as a massage therapist in the best hotels in NYC and these therapists were great.
The yoga teacher was serious and challenging, but patient and precise in her comments.
Dinner was always delicious and the dining deck is fabulous.”
