We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Versace Macau. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxurious & the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Sam, the concierge, who went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He arranged restaurant bookings, secured great tables & made everything so easy. He was always friendly, helpful & genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Sofie, the breakfast manager, also deserves special mention for her warm welcome & attentive service each morning. Sam & Sofie really made the difference, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you both for taking such good care of us. We would happily return!
