• Staff – 10/10 The front desk staff were excellent. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. • Main pool & kids’ pool – 10/10 The pools were definitely one of the highlights of the resort. The kids’ pool in particular was great for families. • Villa cleanliness – 8/10 The villa was generally clean and well maintained from a cleanliness perspective.
