We absolutely loved our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. We had such a warm, friendly welcome upon check in and the reception kindly granted our request for a late check out the following day. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and luxurious with a fantastic view. The room service team were helpful and friendly. We also had the most amazing breakfast and all the staff were so lovely. Valet parking was also very helpful and easy. We will be back for sure.

    “We absolutely loved our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. We had such a warm, friendly welcome upon check in and the reception kindly granted our request for a late check out the following day.     “Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, alles ist sehr komfortabel und es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Restaurant und die Bar sind absolut empfehlenswert. Und es gibt Room Service :-) Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiter: Alle sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt – ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!”

    “The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We were easily able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The breakfast buffet was really good too. We had a nice view of the sky tower, and a water refilling station on our floor by the elevator. Valet parking was very handy, although quite pricy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly stay there again. I would like to try out the rooftop cocktail bar next time.”
