“This is my absolute favourite hotel in Auckland! The staff are incredible, so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable with brilliant views. The highlight of my stay is always the breakfasts, not to be missed. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to all the nearby attractions. Have stayed here a couple of times and will definitely be back.”

“Location was great but way too noisy to sleep!”

  • Excellent location, and we loved the furnishings and decorations, which made our stay feel special.

“Fantastic location, come out of the main entrance and 100m and you are on the Viaduct. Beautifully stylish decorations with little quirks to give the rooms interest. Lots of little additions i.e. record player, 2 comfortable chairs to sit on (to watch TV which we didn't), big bathroom and shower. A Bath was in the main room which was unusual but great, we made use of it. Friendly staff, had to ring for a bottle opener and some ice and they came quickly. Loved the 11am check out on this occasion. Good selection of mini bar and snacks and not bad prices. Also liked that they were environtmently friendly and had lots of little signs with explanations. Definately would stay there again if the rate was right.”
