    “We were frustrated at the late communication regarding how to gain after hours access to our room. We found out the email came to us when we were mid flight and did not have internet coverage, we feel this could have been sent two days before. Then we could have been prepared.”

A special thank you to Deepika at reception, who was very friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. A+++ service and hospitality. Highly recommended! 😊”
