Review in focus
This a very well managed Hotel. All of the staff were welcoming, helpful and considerate. Even staff members we had not met greeted us by name. The lobby and courtyard were pleasant and comfortable. The room was well laid out comfortable and quiet. We could not hear all of the action out on the street. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, bright and clean. Everything in the room was working properly. On our last day as we were leaving, a housekeeper noticed we had luggage. So she stopped what she was doing and hurried past us to open the door for us. This is exceptional customer service and attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return. Highly recommend.
