“Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I really love the location — beach front! The staff are very welcoming and accommodates immediately the guest concerns. Buffet breakfast was okay, not too much! They also offer room cleaning almost everyday in your stay. I highly recommend Mandarin White Sand! And definitely coming back! :)”

“Our stay was wonderful, we were able to checked in early than the regular check in time and was upgraded from deluxe to suite room.
They welcomed us warmly and comfortably.
The suite room with an exclusive pool and they have everyday room service.
Special thanks to Dave who warmly accommodated us when we arrived and Wen in the checked -in counter.
We would possibly go back and probably stay in other Mandarin hotel branch.
Mandarin Hotels have very nice accommodation.

“I booked a Deluxe Room for my 3 days stay. The staff were accommodating, friendly and hospitable. The room was clean, complete with amenities and it comes with a welcome treats and a greeting flashed on the tv screen. They also gave a personal handwritten note. Their customer service was very personalized. And the FO agent and another staff remembered me from my stay also here in Mandarin White Sand few months back. That was great! Overall, 10/10 experience.”

“The whole stay was wonderful! We stayed on the top floor, which seemed to have their newest rooms, and the ambiance was great. Every time we went out, we came back to a clean and well-made room, which made our stay even more comfortable. Any requests we had were always delivered promptly.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Every time we saw them, they greeted us with a warm smile. Special thanks to Dave for assisting us throughout our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and even graciously joined in with my team's lighthearted banter, making our experience all the more memorable.

“The staff was very nice and accommodating... Buffet breakfast was great as well. Great selection!
The room can be improved pa more. There was leaking water near the main room. We were supposed to be moved but since we will be checking out the next day, decided not to push through kse hassle on our part. Only our teenage kids were left as we were attending a wedding. Except for that incident, it was a great stay! Syper nice location as well.”
