“All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great.
The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp. ”

“Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly. Service was excellent. The room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable, what you would expect of a 5 star hotel. Only downside was the location - ground floor next to the main road, so a bit noisy in the night with traffic driving over cobbled road.”
“My only complaint with this hotel is their slow draining shower; flooded the bathroom which I had to mitigate after a long day of travel. I called front desk and told them about it. Sent a nice lady with 2 towels. That’s all the fix we have got. Good thing it was only 2 nights, so I decided to just use up all the towels and bathrobes to deal with the bathroom flooding. Not what i expected to experience in a supposedly 5 star hotel. Otherwise everything else acceptable. ”
