    “The cleaning service, the room, and the location were all very good, especially if you want to walk down to the city centre. They also upgraded our room at no extra cost due to an issue on their side, which was a very nice gesture and clearly an effort to make up for the inconvenience.”

    “My partner and I chose Lisbon to celebrate my birthday, and I used my IHG Ambassador Complimentary Weekend Night Rate for our stay at the InterContinental Lisbon. We were upgraded to a superb suite with a huge terrace overlooking the city, and there was a birthday cake waiting for us in the room — a lovely and thoughtful touch. The housekeeping service was excellent, and lunch at the restaurant was a superb experience. The Club Lounge was also cozy and welcoming, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The dry martini at the bar was good, though perhaps not quite at the same exceptional level as the rest of the experience — I would rate it a 7/10. Carolina Silva, Guest Experience Manager, truly personified what hospitality is all about. She made our stay unforgettable, and we are very grateful for the care and attention she showed throughout our visit. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, warm, accommodating, and professional, but Carolina was just over the top.”
