“El hotel es muy nuevo y la decoración y detalles lo hacen muy agradable. La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando prácticamente a casi cualquier lugar histórico de Oporto. El personal es muy educado y el trato excepcional. Buen parking y buen spa.”

“Riktigt trevligt hotell en kort promenad från centrala delarna av Porto. Fina rum, plus med balkong med utsikt över Dourofloden, fantastisk frukost (här fanns allt och lite till). Och poolen på taket var helt fantastisk, inte så många solsängar men det fanns alltid plats när vi kom. Där uppe serverades även en fantastisk club sandwish och goda drinkar. Sen fanns även en spa avdelning med olika bastu och inomhuspool som vi ej använde men var nere och tittade på. Och fint gym. Skulle gärna bo här igen. Vid incheckning serverades det vatten eller portvin och sen på rummet fanns en godbit av choklad, mycket trevligt. Kommer gärna tillbaka vid mitt nästa besök.”

“It was exactly what I wanted it to be: a special luxury stay for me and my partner! Beds were veeery comfortable, everything was clean, AC and TV worked well, internet was good. The reception felt very classy and we were treated so nicely. I mentioned off-hand that it was my partners birthday and that I just wanted to treat her with a special overnight stay. About 1 hour later someone brought a cake and some complimentary champagne to our room! It truly is incredible service like this, which makes me want to stay here again. Staff was very nice in general. Breakfast had a great variety and we did order room service, which tasted amazing!
The infinity pool was closed but the indoor pool and jacuzzi were super cool and we enjoyed the sauna in the morning.
I usually can not afford to stay at a place like this. But it was a special treat that was worth every single cent I spent on it!”
