The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay.”

“Lovely, intimate hotel. Perfect. Beautiful, large rooms. On site spa. Excellent location - easy to visit the city sites but also a bit off the touristy zone which makes it feel like an oasis of sorts. We stayed off season - prices were fantastic. ”

“Outstanding service and spacious and beautiful room. We were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff and the hotel offered welcoming water, chocolates and Port wine.
The hotel had a high attention to detail, for instance, with nice sheets, good coffee pods and little design features.
There were a few minor negatives though:
Kitchen is not really usable, it seems weird that they mention the kitchenette when there is nothing to put on it.
The door of the room was very bad at keeping out sound, and we were right next to the garden entrance, so sometimes it felt like people entered our room when they were going into the garden. If the sound isolation would be improved it would be a huge plus.
There was a gap in both glass doors leading to the toilet, it would have been nice with one real, solid, isolating door.

“We have just recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special birthday with friends and family. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Very clean and good facilities however the jacuzzi pool did damage two of the girls bathing suits buy dying them in colour, I presume this is due to a high content of chemicals so maybe don’t wear your best costume. The only other complaint I would have would be the coffee machine is not the best and very temperamental. Maybe just buy some instant coffee as there is a kettle. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is visiting Porto in the future. ”
