    “We had a wonderful time. We travelled and stayed with another couple at the hotel..we arrived very early due to being on a morning flight. The reception staff were extremely helpful and efficient. The baggage handler when we arrived was lovely and pleasant and was able to put our luggage in one of the rooms that was ready. We were able to make our way to the poolside and it was very relaxed. The bar staff were great. The 2nd room didn't take long for it to be ready as the receptionist said they would text me. The rooms we had were on the 8th floor and they didn't disappoint. We both had sea views and were spectacular. Rooms were clean and fresh when entering. The hotel is brilliant. The breakfast was great Fantastic selection of choice. The staff at breakfast were lovely. They were so cheerful and friendly. All the hotel staff we met were wonderful, bar, spa, reception, cleaning, dining , pool side , glee staff honestly the hotel management should be delighted that residents like us who stay at the Tivoli Marina feel comfortable and safe. One of my highlights at this hotel was having a facial by Cecila and it was fabulous. My face felt fresh and she gave me great advice after my treatment.”

    “Everything was AMAZING!!! Beautiful facility, excellent customer service (Sou gave us great itinerary on what activities to do daily and recommended some great restaurants that we tried), best spa ever (the spa is beautiful and luxurious, the treatment was out of this world), definitely include Puro Beach when booking, breakfast was delicious and lots of choices.”
