“This property is a standout for location and staff. It’s amazing views and 6 star service. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was superb with wonderful views with a pool. Shout out to Dao our personal butler who went out of her way to accommodate our needs & gave us special treats, the lady who made up our room and made us towel elephants after we went to the elephant sanctuary, and the bar staff who always stopped for a chat.”

The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the surroundings and views were stunning. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt very well taken care of. It was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back and recommend this hotel to others.”

“Vana Belle was an amazing place to stay for our honeymoon! Our personal butler Remi was so attentive and organised us special gifts for us and my husbands birthday. It was so easy to take a buggy anywhere on the property including up and down from the beach. The service to the beach beds was so great. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon”

“We spent 5 absolutely amazing days in Vana Belle. The beauty of the resort and the kindness of the entire team are simply unrivaled. My son broke his foot during our stay and the entire team went out of their way to make our stay even better. From organizing trips that he could take to carrying him up stairs and always making sure everything was working out for us. The level of natural/effortless friendliness was simply amazing and made our stay absolutely memorable for all the good reasons. Beach, pool, rooms and restaurants are stunningly beautiful. We will be back for sure”

“מלון מושלם, יוקרתי ומפנק. שירות אדיב בצורה יוצאת דופן שלא נתקלנו בשום מקום, לפני הארוח שלחו לנו מייל והתעניינו אם יש בקשות מיוחדות ציינתי שאנחנו אוכלים כשר ואשמח שיהיה מבחר ירקות ופירות בארוחת בוקר וביצים קשות והם ממש נערכו לקראתנו עם כלים חד פעמיים, מחבת חדשה נפרדת, והציעו כמה מנות צמחוניות . הכינו שעורי בית לקראתנו וזכרו אותנו לכל אורך החופשה. ארוחת בוקר עם הגשה אישית ואדיבה. לכל אורח מוצמד איש שירות מאד אדיב שלאורך כל החופשה התעניין בנו, פינק אותנו במשלוח פירות לחדר ועוד ועוד וגם הציע ועזר לסגור כל דבר שרצינו . איש השירות שלנו היה sunny שנתן לנו יחס אישי מושלם. החדר יפה מפנק מרגיש חדש, מדוגם ומצוחצח עם בריכה ונוף מושלם לים. הבריכה במלון וחוף הים מושלמים והצוות בכל מקום מאד מתעניין ומפנק ברמה שסידרו לנו את המגבת על הכסא והגישו מים קרים ומילאו בכל פעם בלי שביקשנו . עם רמה כל כך גבוהה של רגישות לצורכי האורחים אם יהיה מטבח כשר במלון זה יהיה חלום.”

“I had the most amazing stay! The resort is absolutely gorgeous, with incredible facilities and beautiful views over the sea. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast has so many delicious options, and the level of service throughout the hotel is exceptional.
What made the experience particularly special was how genuinely caring and attentive everyone was. A very special thank you to Eye, who looked after me throughout my stay and was absolutely wonderful. She gave me fantastic recommendations, regularly checked that I was enjoying my stay, surprised me with so many thoughtful little touches, and was always available whenever I needed anything.
I felt incredibly well taken care of from beginning to end. Such a warm, beautiful place and a truly memorable stay in Koh Samui — I would come back in a heartbeat!”
