It's an amazing place with a very impressive main open building, which contains the lobby, open bar, a pool, gym, restaurant and spa. On the ground there is the villa's zone which reminds a village with a beach. the best breakfast we had in Thailand. Great staff and facilities. Breathtaking villas and private pool. Amazing experience, especially for honeymoon

    “We had a wonderful stay at W Koh Samui with our two children, aged 5 and 7. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the cooking class, where we had the opportunity to learn how to prepare Thai dishes. Even our children had so much fun! The therapists at AWAY Spa were excellent, and all the food we tried throughout our stay was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The beachfront location was another highlight. Having direct access to the beach made it so easy to enjoy the sea, and our children absolutely loved it. It was definitely one of their favourite parts of the holiday!”

    “From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by W Koh Samui. The resort is absolutely breathtaking – honestly, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The views, the villas, the beach, the pool and the entire atmosphere are stunning. It is one of those places that immediately makes you stop and say “wow.” But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the amazing team. From the reception staff to the hotel management, everyone was exceptional. They were warm, professional, helpful and genuinely caring. Every request was handled quickly and efficiently, and whenever we needed assistance – even with personal matters that had nothing to do with the hotel itself – they went above and beyond to help us. We travelled with our two young children, and the way the staff treated them was something we will always remember. Everyone gave them so much attention, kindness and love. They made the children feel comfortable and happy, and made all of us feel completely at home. There is a huge difference between receiving good service and feeling that people genuinely care about you, and at W Koh Samui we felt that throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is spectacular, but the people are what make this place truly special. It is even more beautiful than the photos, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is something you really have to experience. We genuinely did not want to leave and would come back without hesitation.”

    “We had an absolutely amazing holiday at the W Koh Samui! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, the staff made us feel super welcome. A special shout-out to Nancy, who went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in for us. Being able to settle in early allowed us to start enjoying the hotel from the very first minute we arrived—a gesture we truly appreciated. The accommodations were exceptional. Traveling with two kids can often feel cramped, but our room was incredibly spacious with plenty of room for all four of us. The views were breathtaking, overlooking the lush jungle stretching out to the sparkling ocean. It was super quiet, offering a high level of privacy that made it feel like our own exclusive retreat. Every single team member we interacted with was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay.”

    “The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was incredible. Before coming we read a review saying you always feel your are alone in the resort and this matched our experience. We had a private pool and directly on the beach which made out stay just amazing. We wanted a special stay to end our 7 week trip in Thailand and we weren't disappointed!”
