Before leaving the room (which was hard, honestly), I couldn’t help but sit at that desk and give feedback to each department, with a tiny note to the team as a big thank you for the service we received. Our stay was exceptional. I had high expectations, but you raised the bar. Everything was on point: the room, the spa experience, the food, the smell in the elevator that hits you when you first step into the hotel as an olfactory signature… and so much more to remember. We had a lovely time, got inspired by our breathtaking Tunisian architecture and taste, which added to the charm of the place, aside from the moments of silence spent admiring our Medina from up high. I can’t wait to be back. P.S. The lighting design deserves a medal. Everything was so thoughtfully designed to set the mood for relaxation. Thank you!
