  • Great family ski trip

    10/10

“Great place to stay next to resort chair, ski to Palisades Tahoe and take gondola to Alpine Meadows. Onsite fine dining at Six Peaks, everyday dining at Sandy’s pub, fantastic breakfast buffet at Cascades, grab and go at Bearshine Market and excellent new pizza place, Left of Lift. Outdoor ski bar. Celebrated a 40th birthday with a superb custom made cake at the onsite bake house (order 48 hrs in advance). Beautiful gathering hall with bar. Kids activity room. Ice rink. Ski rentals and retail ski shop/clothing. All around great place to stay any season.”

  • I am getting old and so is the hotel

    T3815INlarrym · NONE · 2026-02-26

“The location is great but the resort is getting very tired. For the price for a room I expect the room to be in better condition. The faucet leaked and the thermostat did not work, we had to leave a window open. There was an adjoining room and the doors in between had a large space and we heard the whining kid for hours. The location to the lift was great along with the shuttle bus to Squaw Village (I refuse to call it the new name).”

  • Ski Trip to Lake Tahoe

    10/10

    558edgarluisg · Business · 2026-02-15

“We spent 5 days 6nt at Everline Resort in early February. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. It is in a gated community encompassing two buildings. The first is the lobby/ main building which is beautiful and all about first impressions. It gives off a modern wilderness lodge vibe. The second is the guest tower which is black glass along side the mountain. In between there are shops, ski rentals, and markets. There is a ice rink and heated pool/ jacuzzi. The rooms are large but seem a little dated (or not modern) compared to the rest of the hotel. I didnt mind but it is noticeable. We had a fireplace and kitchen with mountain ski views….incredible. The staff was wonderful and professional and went out of their way. The food is ok most people eat off property. There is a shuttle in front of the guest tower every 30min that takes to the village. It drops you off in front of the kids school (great if you have kids in lessons). There is ski in/out but off the resort chair that begins running at 9am. (So you cannot ski the kids to their lessons) Also the runs off Snow King are Blue/intermediate so if you are beginner or like greens you have to take the shuttle to the village. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.”

  • Amazing service and a lovely resort

“The Everline resort is a great option for those wanting to ski/snowboard at Palisades. The shuttle driver James is a gem and no matter the situation, always has a smile and treats everyone like a VIP. Jonny and Susan at Cascades for breakfast were amazing as well. And lastly, Josh with recreation is super helpful and always provides service with a smile whether it's during teddy bear making or at the ice skate rentals. We've stayed in a few different unit types this year and they've all been great for the most part. We will definitely return.”

  • Mom and Dad Ski Date Machine

“Tahoe, skiing, with kids - - it's a no brainer. Shuttle ensures you avoid parking and the scramble that ensues after a good day on the mountain out of the parking lot. Allows you to drop kids off on time at Palisades Kid's, shuttle back to take off on Resort Chair for the day - - ensuring a mom and dad ski date!”

  • Average at best

    6/10

    dustinwQ8514QH · NONE · 2026-01-23

“The hotel is average from the front staff to the actual hardware in the rooms. The hotel staff at front desk is only there to process the basics. No trouble shooting or attempting anything extra. The big draw is location of the hotel, ski and ski out for palisades. They also have a small ice rink and a sledding hill (all extra cost to rent sleds or skates) Steakhouse is average but expensive. The pub is typical fare but expected. Pizza place is actually good, and cheaper than on mountain dining. Pool is luke warm for the winter, okay for kids, hot tubs work well. 1 adult tub, 1 small hot tub and 1 larger one. If you are coming to enjoy a nice hotel/resort experience, this is NOT it. If you want to enjoy nature, Palisades, in one package with hotel amenities then it is acceptable.”

In time and wonderful way to get to Palisades shopping and restaurants. Room was spacious and facilities- including spa - were amazing! Highly recommend!!”

  • Best place to stay at Tahoe for skiing

    10/10

    EMLDavisCA · NONE · 2026-01-17

“The Everline is our favorite place to stay at Tahoe. The staff are universally helpful and friendly; the spa, fitness center, ice skating rink, pool and jacuzzis are wonderful; the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Having the Resort Chair just outside is an easy and excellent way to access the ski mountain, and the ski locker staff - all from South America - are friendly and helpful. As a Globalist, I very much appreciate receiving upgrades to fireplace suites, the excellent complimentary breakfast, and waiver of the resort fee.”

  • Expensive and needs updates

    4/10

    KaraT1218 · Family · 2026-01-08

“Was there over Christmas and New Years. In past years the patio was always charming with the fireplace, music, and bar. This year we went ice skating at 4:30 and outside bar was closed, no hot chocolate, no space heaters nothing going on outside. The ice rink was never treated and made it too difficult to skate. The kids indoor playroom with games is gone. The outdoor firepit for making smores was non functional. We waited until after New Years and went to Northstar and had a wonderful time skating by firepits and listening to music. Avoid Everline - overpriced and outdated.”

  • Wallpaper falls off the walls but great location for skiing

    4/10

    hannof24 · Family · 2026-01-05

“The hotel needs upgrades! Wallpaper is falling off the walls. The coffeemaker in the room does not work. No hooks in the room to hang up wet ski wear. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The "Suite with Fireplace and Forest View" is supposed to sleep 5 people, but only with a rollaway bed that is charged at $20 a night and is also very uncomfortable. Room service was skipped one day, and we did not even get fresh towels, although we called housekeeping twice. The hot tub did not have towels one night. The main restaurant did not have availability for us to have dinner for our whole stay (6 days). EV charger was not available as the valet said, "there is a long waiting list of cars that want to be charged". Valet parking also was not available as they had no more space. Location right at the ski lift and trail is great, and the ski valet will give you skis every morning and take them in the evening!”

  • We will be back!

    MartaG9876 · NONE · 2026-01-04

“We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Everline with the kids. What stood out most for us was the excellent customer service. We had two nights booked (third night was full when booking online). At check-in we inquired about adding a third night if a room became available. The front desk manager worked with the reservations department to get us a third night AND we were able to upgrade to their penthouse room (2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, full kitchen, incredible views) for a reasonable price. This was not a ski trip for us, so we took advantage of the other winter activities, such as sledding and ice skating. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly helpful and attentive. We will be coming back. Side note, I stayed at this property many times as a kid in the 90s when it first opened. It hadn’t changed a ton, but is very well maintained. There is a few stores and restaurants onsite, and a shuttle than runs every 30 minutes into Palisades village.”

“We've been coming here for 20 years, since is was called Resort at Squaw Creek. This place is nice; heated pool and hot tubs on site. Rooms are usually clean, but it's hit or miss. Expect to pay $50/ day resort fee for a small gym facility with a nice locker room. There's a lift that goes directly to the Palisades ski resort, and a shutttle that takes patrons to/ from the Palisades village very 30 min.”

“Though the location was nice, everything else was below par. Staff unhelpful. No one willing to help us book tickets for palisade through hotel to get the discounts. No one explained what’s needed and what’s not needed for a first time skier. Room was extremely cold. Hotel decor dated and food was wayyy overpriced.”

  • Long lines with every encounter. Resort appeared to be short staffed.

“Booked a ski vacation but the resort chair to Palisades was closed. Had to wait 40+ minutes in the cold to catch the shuttle each way. The resort had advance knowledge that the lift was going to be closed yet two shuttle buses were parked and not running. Did not get the ski in ski out access we paid for.”

  • Outdated, sloppy and weird

    4/10

    Scopium · Family · 2025-12-27

“Stayed December 27, 2025, and this somehow already feels like a stay from years ago. Check-in was slow in a very relaxed, almost detached way, like urgency isn’t really part of the operating model here. Staff were polite, but explanations were fuzzy, and at least one person still called the resort by its old name, which quietly lowered expectations right away. The room was where things really went downhill. It technically looked cleaned, but it didn’t feel clean. The carpet had visible stains that made you very aware of where you were stepping, and some surfaces looked wiped but not actually cared for. It gave off that “we turned the room fast” vibe rather than anything close to refreshed. The furniture felt mismatched and tired, the lights worked in no obvious order, and the thermostat showed numbers that didn’t match reality. The bed was fine, but it’s hard to fully relax when the room feels a little questionable. I slept, but I didn’t feel rested, and part of that was definitely the room itself. Breakfast was crowded and underwhelming. Eggs were lukewarm, coffee was hot but forgettable, and the lines moved slowly despite not being that long. Everything existed, nothing impressed. Outside is doing most of the work here. The snow and mountain views are genuinely beautiful and remind you why you came to Tahoe. Unfortunately, the moment you go back inside, that magic fades. The hot tub was packed, towels were scarce, and the water temperature couldn’t seem to settle on a decision. Overall, this place feels like it’s stuck between a renovation, a rebrand, and an identity crisis, and the rooms are showing it. For the price and the setting, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail is hard to overlook. I might stay again if location was the only thing that mattered, but I wouldn’t be excited about it. T”
